Yesterday, my son was able to view it in the morning but it has not powered up since. I followed the suggestions in the manual to power cycle and then retry and still nothing. I call support and they advised to give it about an hour, then retry. Still no success. I left it overnight and no response. Asking for suggestions?? The unit powers up to standby but will not continue to "on" in order to view. Support advised to call them back if the 1hour test didnt work but by the time I retried they were closed and will be untill Monday. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!! Eddie
