I didn't see the contrast ratio anywhere in there...where'd you find it?

Realistically, 350:1 is in low LCD territory...

Yeah, I have been drooling over this set for the past several months. I may get to take a look at one out in LA in September (if it is out by then) and let you know what I think. At almost $10K it SHOULD be a killer. I know that Infocus is building the same set as a rebadged RCA Selenium series too.

I've seen many 350:1 LCD to look better than 600:1 ratio. Many 800:1 DLP to look better than 1100:1 ratio.

Just like output power, it depends how they are measured and how much 'fudge' factor is included.
