I took the X 1 plunge, any tips...?

I decided to go for the Dell X1 $799.10 (after rebate) shipped price and it should be here Wednesday. Any suggestions for the initial setup? Other than what comes with it what else will I need (Of course a screen..) as far as cables, etc.
Not sure how this is going to work out as we have a ceiling fan in the middle of our living room, may have to work around this if possible.

BTW-Anyone use a Carada screen with this unit, if so, your thoughts on it...?

Regards,
Todd

Check out the "My Gear" link in my sig to see my DIY screen. The test projector was the X1.

There's also this FAQ, if you haven't seen it already.

If you plan on using it with a Progressive scan DVD player you might wnat to pick up a component to vga adapter. Also, make sure you check out the "faq" in the link above. It has everything you need to know.
