Dom P Member Join Date: Dec 2003 Local Time: 06:17 PM Local Date: 10-12-2008 Posts: 76	Opinions on JVC HDTV I'm looking at their 34" widescreen model that upconverts to 1500i. Model # AV-34WP84. Is this upconversion similar to what some DVD players do? Does it upconvert 480i and 480p or just 720p and 1080i? I can get JVC at a discount so hence I'm looking at them. Please don't recomment other brands, just let me know what you think of this model. Widescreen movies are priority, regular TV is secondary so I don't really care about the bars on each side. DVD player will be Denon 910. Speakers/sub will be Rockets. I will also play XBOX quite alot on it.
