Panasonic or JVC?

I'm looking at a Panasonic and a JVC flat screen television. Both 20" and same price, should I be leaning more towards one or the other?

I would look for which set had the most Features, Jacks, & etc that I wanted & which Remote I liked best & maybe which one had the better Labor Warranty. Don't know if this is true or not but I was told that both the JVC & Panasonic sets are built in the same factory in Mexico using just about the same parts & etc.
