Samsung HLN567
I just saw a Samsung HLN567 in a store and I was kind of dissapointed in the quality, I definatly wouldnt pay $6000 CAD for that type of picture (I'm getting a projector but just wanted to get an idea of what DLP looked like).
The image was VERY blocky from the huge pixels from about 6 feet away, I realize this is quite close but the store had other stuff in the way so you couldnt really watch it from further.
Also, they were just playing some stupig samsung demos with lots of slanted lines that really made the blockyness show a lot, why can't they play a normal movie, expecially when their emo just makes it look horrible?
Also, I'm sot sure but it seems liek the store was dumb enough to connect it by composite to further worsen the quality.
How is the 567 normally? Is the quality good? Because I was quite dissapointed although it was by far the best quality of all RPTVs in the store, I thought RPTV was much better than that, but I also realized the store seems to have done everything they can to make it looks as bad as possible (put stuff in the way so you can see it from far, play a demo with lots of slanted lines, probably used composite/s-video instead of component).
Thanks
