PANASONIC TH50PHD6 50-IN...What do you think?

Looks like I'm about to pull the trigger on a 50" plasma, and I'm thinking of going with the Panny TH50PHD6.

It's commercial grade, with expandability through a daughter board, thus I can mix and match interfaces. Also think of going with the 42" version.

Any thoughts our experiences, good or bad? Also, anybody know where the best place to purchase this equipment.

Greetings,

Nice unit for what it is. But beware of burn in. These things burn in faster than normal crt sets.

greetings,

Limit use of the 4:3 mode on the TV and don't display 4:3 upconverted HD material on it for long periods of time. Use the svideo input for that ...
