Can't decide Toshiba or Panasonic

Hello everyone,

I am purchasing a new set up for my new home theatre room!

I am going to be purchasing a rptv 51" toshiba or the 53" Panasonic.

What do you guys recommend?

Thanks for all your help.

I have gone to so many stores and everyone has a different opinion.
So I thought I would ask you guys because you are not selling a product.

Thanks a lot

Mark

I just purchased the 51 Toshiba and was really impressed with the value and pic quaility. BB has a thing with 24 months same as cash so thats pretty good, and make sure you price match them, then will lower the price. I will get the set on wednesday, I will can't wiat.

Greetings

The Panasonic has a slightly better post calibrated image compared to the Toshiba.

I'm having problems w/my Toshiba -- I would recommend the Panny.

The one thing I really like the Toshiba for though, is a deeper top shelf that fits my center channel speaker better.

Greetings

I have a Panny client whose large center channel speaker fell off the top of his set and ripped out the entire jack panel of the back of the TV. Ouch.

I have a Panny 53" (last year's model). Terrific picture, especially after Gregg calibrated it.
