Just finished downloading mine. It's all good! The PDF is a 262 page service manual complete with all of the goodies. I'll be printing off 30 pages of "Set-Up Adjustments" to help me better converge my set this weekend

The manual above does not seem to provide a tabular reference to what every service menu code does. Here is a separate manual as a free download. This PDF does contain a convenient table of all Sony service menu codes (definition, value ranges etc):
