Is this normal for a new Sony?

I just purchased a new Sony KV-36FS100 and I love it. But it seems to have some color problems. When there is a white background like a hockey game, the center of the screen seems to be white but as you go out from the center it turns a little pinkish and then by the sides a little greenish. I thought maybe it was just my cable signal so I ordered digital cable (getting installed this week). But then I put in an Xbox game and the white background on start up I see the same thing. Can't really tell on a DVD because I haven't seen a white backgound yet.

Do I need to let it burn in a few weeks maybe? I'm also having a little trouble getting skintones right, but that just may be my cable signal, because DVD's on movie mode look pretty good.

I bought an extended warranty at Circuit City, should I just go ahead and call them now?

Thanks
Dave

Are your speakers shielded? If not, how close are they to the Sony?
