Has anyone dealt with them in the past? The website say the products have some blemishes. How bad are they? thanks in advance

I bought a 36udx10sa from them and there is one very small dent on the left side with a few scratches, really not to noticable. Other than that it is flawless, beautiful picture.

I too bought a 36udx10sa from them (what a steal). The television appears to be brand new except the cabinet was smudged. I cleaned it and now it's perfect. I would definately recommend them.

I bought a big screen TV from them. When it arrived I found the screen smashed in and a size 12 work boot inside.

OK, not really. That was just the kind of post I was hoping to see.
