I have a Toshiba 27A50 that I purchased a couple years back. It has always had a problem on the right side where the TV picture that is projected is "cropped off" by the TV casing. It is almost like the TV projector is projecting an image too large for the screen - hence the cropping. As if the image is zoomed in. This happens on all inputs (coax, composite, s-video, component). It is particularly annoying when viewing news channels. Many graphics and logos are partly hidden.
In contrast, I have a Sony KV-36FV27 Wega that appears to display/project the picture correctly. All logos and graphics appear fully on the screen. I am wondering if this can be fixed via this models service menu? Or any possible way? I would appreciate any responses that members of this forum may have. The following two URLs link to images that I took with my camera that illustrate the problem. The first is of the Toshiba 27A50 that has the problem. The second is of the Sony Wega correctly displaying the picture.
