sony 60xbr800 makes a plastic snapping sound after being On for an hour or so
i have a 3-month old sony 60xbr800. it has performed well so far, but recently, around 1 week ago, the left plastic panel, similar to the right side where you have to remove the panel to change the bulb, that left panel area makes a pretty loud, plastic, snapping or loud tick sound, only one tick or two ticks, loud, and sounds like plastic expanding or something like that. doesn't sound electronic.
could this be due to thermo expansion and the plastic parts simply are just "adjusting" themselves after they expand? anyone else with this problem/observation?
