ethernet grounding???

hey guys, i am about to get a pureav pf31 power unit and was wondering about the ethernet grounding. Does grouding it affect the connection quality and does creating these multiple connection points also degrade the ethernet signal? just wondering if i should do it or not

You should probably just test it. I imagine that is one of those things that dpends on all conditions in your particular setup.

But from someone who had every ethernet port on all 4 computers, the router and cable modem destroyed due to an electical storm, I would do it.
