Home Automation PC Parts list

As you may have read in the other post, I'm in the midst of ripping out the ADT panel and putting in an Elk automation panel that can handle security as well as fire, heat, smoke, lighting, CCTV, etc. It's MUCH cheaper than having ADT come out and do it, plus I have complete control over the programming so I can have the security trigger the lighting or CCTV and vice-versa. I can also integrate it into my HTPC, so I have a unified interface to TV/DVD/music/security/irrigation/HVAC/traffic/weather

Anyhow, in the middle of spending all day running sensor wire, I thought i'd create a running list of what i've bought. Here's what I got so far. Ballpark price is $2500 all-in, but that's for a pretty full system with 41 sensors. ADT charges a min of $100/sensor, plus some of my runs are pretty strange so some would definitely have been more. Besides, there's some stuff here that ADT just doesn't do as they're a security company [ie thermostats, telephone&doorbell ring indicator, Ethernet interface so I can monitor it]

Finally, i'm keeping the receipts for all this stuff as it legitimately increases the cost basis of my house.

Thought you guys may find this interesting. I'm also putting a screenshot at the end so you can see how I've setup my GUI. If you've seen my other screenshots, you'll know that I used SageStudio to setup Sage to have a similar look&feel, so that there's minimal difference to the user when switching apps.
