You might want to check out Avantgo http://www.avantgo.com

That's designed for offline viewing of web content.

From what it says on the web page you can create custom channels.

The easy way to get stuff to the Pocket PC is to place it in a sub-folder of the sync folder in My Documents on the PC.

If that isn't active, you can activate file syncing via the Tools / Options menus in Activesync. That just copies raw data, usually, though; it doesn't format it for offline viewing. Well, it can convert Microsoft formats into the lame-duck Pocket Word etc formats, but that carves out many things from the document; hardly helpful in most circumstances.

Thanks for the replies,

Kimmo, i put a personal folder in my activesync files and
saved webpages in this folder. After syncing with my pocket pc, it showed up offline in it. Now when Im offline I can browse these pages. Thanks.
