Firewire ?

I have a firewire port in front of my computer case that's not hook up becausemy mother board dont have firewire. is there a pci card i could purchaseso i can hook that up to it? i know i can just buy a firewire card but i just want to use the front one because it's easy access.. i need a six pin connector to hook it up to. so is there such card i could buy? and where can i get it locally in AZ. thanks for any help.. tried fry's elec and they said they don't have any.

Get a firewire card with at least one internal port like this. I have that one and it works fine.

Comp usa just had some on sale at $9.99 down from $29.99
They has three external 1394a ports 2x6pin and 1x4pin
and one internal 6pin.
They still may have them on sale.
I purchase two for some dated machines, they work great with my external drives and HDTV recording from my Samsung Sir-T165 ota tuner.
