Backing up XP Pro to external DVD
I've got an external USB2 DVD burner that I want to back up my laptop to but none of the software I've tried will recognize the burner as a backup device. They all see the internal CDROM but not the USB device. What's strange though is that the built in XP back up utility will see a USB2 external hard drive. For now I've just dumped an image onto a shared drive on the network but I haven't been able to set the size limits on the image so that it'll fit onto DVD's.
