Is a 939 socket AMD mobo worth it?

I'm still trying to decide on an AMD mobo and had a few 754 socket finalists but now I'm not sure if I should spend the few extra dollars for a 939. Any gurus out there to set me straight?

well the 939 has more of a selction but the 939 procs are more expensive by quite a bit still. and the 939 wont be phased out as quick.
