vsmon is indeed apart of zonealarm. You've a couple of solutions available depending upon your skill level with a computer.
easy solution - reinstall zonealarm (if you can't access windows, go into safe mode)
difficult solution - open up regedit and remove all references to vsmon.exe and other zonealarm files.
