Computer printing question

I have a basic HP Deskjet 842C printer. Most of the printing i do is on the standard 8.5"x11" plain paper.

I have a picture that when in scale is roughly 115cm (45in)tall by 90cm (35in)wide. Now, I would like to print this picture to scale by getting sections printed on separate sheets and then just putting all the sheets together after. I'm guessing that my finished picture would be about 6 pages tall by 4 pages wide on standard printing paper.

My problem is, how do I do this? I can only ever get the top left hand corner or the very center of the picture to print.

I have Adobe Photoshop 6.0 if it matters, but I'm not very good with it.

Microsoft Publisher has the ability to do this.

Go into page setup, and there is a choice to make the paper size to poster size, and to any size poster you want. Then create your document (just a matter of pasting the picture I suppose)

And it's real fun to try to align all the sheet!
