Budget software question

Can anyone reccomend a decent budget management program for Windows XP? I could try to use the spreadsheet program that came with Microsoft Works, but I'ld rather get something more robust.

\"Microsoft programs are generally bug-free. If you visit the Microsoft hotline,
you\'ll literally have to wait weeks if not months until someone calls in with
a bug in one of our programs. 99.99% of calls turn out to be user mistakes.
I know not a single less irrelevant reason for an update than bugfixes.
The reasons for updates are to present more new features.\"

Excel! That is what the lady at work uses for our budget. Then she dumps it into the specialized program that the county uses.

Oops. I sould have been more specific. :b

I meant to ask about budget management programs for small families, not large businesses. I don't have $150+ for anything in my, er, budget right now.
