Deleting website icons/pics/etc. from Local Settings

How do you delete the icons and all that wind up on the PC from various websites and all? I went to:

Documents and Settings\Name\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\this stays hidden

Any solutions?

Thanks in advance

Go into IE, then go into Tools->Internet Options. On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section click the Delete Files button. You'll get a confirmation dialog, where you have the option of deleting offline content as well. Click OK.

Make sure that you check the box that says Delete all offline content or you will not get everything.
