bryston,bridging

I'm very new and confused with the hi-fi world and different opinions.I'm running a Bryston 4B with Klipsch Cornwalls.I'm thinking of gettinganother and bridge them.I love R&R played loud.A guy at the hi-fi store told me I would get more power, but the quality of the music would decline. Also I've visited Audiogon and the prices blew my mind.I'm only running some large gauge copper speaker wires and braided connecters($75)I was going to get some of the Anti-cables and connecters, but from what I've read hear high price cables and connecters are a waste of money.I'd like to know what makes a difference and what does'nt.I have a Luxman tp-117 pre-amp and a Denon DCM-460 cd player. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!Any books or lit. out there that would help me or are they all biased. Thanks

Those Cornwalls are extremely sensitive and you already have more power than they can handle. You could get a second 4B and bridge them, but it would be a complete waste of money, in my opinion. You should already be able to play loud enough to make yourself nice and deaf, so I wouldn't worry about it.

They flutter behind you, your possible pasts.
Some bright-eyed and crazy, some frightened and lost.
