Home Theater Power Surge/UPS Unit

I'm looking for a good home theater power surge/USP unit to connect my CRT RPTV, DVD player, receiver, etc.

USP is important because I recently had a two minute brownout which messed up my set's convergence slightly. Every month or two there is always a power issue where I live (I've filed a complaint with the state regarding my power company, but no change and my power company says it's normal to have these issues every month or two which we know is BS).

Anyway, I was looking at this which can be had on the street for under $200. Any thoughts?

It's UPS.

That Belkin actually doesn't look too shabby for $400. Rotel also makes a similar unit that has an APC battery backup built in, but they want $1,600 for theirs.

I don't think it's sine wave --- I hear this is important.

Any thoughts?

We have the same problem of frequent brownouts. Our computer and office equipment is plugged into a $40 UPS from Officemax. It works fine for a few minutes of power.
