When you are at the top of the forum you can click on the specific moderators name and that will take you to thier profile. Most if not all of the Moderators have admistrative access to to forums to make sure the forums remain clean, spam free, and then will also submit advise to threads, but most posts within threads are that of members. If you have specific questions or concerns reguarding the site you can private message or email them from the links in their profiles.
Just like your post on the height of a screen... I'm offering my personal suggestions and general principles as I know.
The administrators do not generally have time to go through and reply to all the posts in all the forums...but they will interject their comments and suggestions as needed.
