need help with powered sub


I was thinking about building my own powered sub but need some questions answered first.

1 where can i get some good speakers

2 how would i do the electronics in it. what i mean is how would i combine the musical and electrical signal.

There is much more to building an accurate subwoofer than just speaker drivers and crossovers. I would suggest perhaps starting with a "Subwoofer Kit" from www.partsexpress.com

What else would i need to know when building a powered sub i know how to tune the box, read ts peramaters and all of those things im just not sure how to do the electronic networks. if u know of ne links please let me know

Are you asking how to build an amp? That's above my head, but you can just buy an amp, or get a plate amp or something, then all you have to do is wire the driver to it, and connect it to a source.
