For Amazon.com purchases

Not sure if this has just been around and I missed it, but today I was trying to find a new DECT phone for my house, and one of the sellers on amazon was Amazon Warehouse Deals (Warehouse Deals: Used and Refurbished from Amazon) . They are basically an amazon subsidiary that sells stuff that Amazon gets returned, the boxes get marked up in the warehouse, etc. But they offer the same free shipping as Amazon and have a pretty good selection of electronics, video games, etc.

Its worth a look if you're in the market for something at Amazon - most of the items I found simply had slight damage to the outer boxes for 15=25% off - some people have gotten open-box Xbox360 premiums for $135.

Re: For Amazon.com purchases

Yeah, I've noticed them for a few months now. There are a couple other third-party sellers that offer free shipping now, too. Dunno if they're all Amazon-affiliated though.
