This week Ken McAlinden reviews Albert Lewin's MGM adaptation of Oscar Wilde's The Picture of Dorian Gray, a highly awaited release that gets notable recommendation. Todd Erwin gives us two reviews of the recent "Indie" releases, Harold, starring Spencer Breslin -and- Dororo, a live-action comic book adaptation directed by Akihko Shiota. Evil Dead: BOTH Books of the Dead (the two in sculptured packaging)

If you missed out on the first movie's 'Book of the Dead' edition, it will be packaged together (resurrected from Out-Of-Print-ness if you will) with the second movie's 'Book of the Dead' edition on November 22, 2005 for a price very likely less than if you had bought each separately (based on Amazon's prices, currently, .com:$52.48, .ca:$62.99).

Too bad you missed the Anchor Bay sale on deepdiscountdvd a month or two ago. I preordered the 2-pack for $33. But it is now about $42 on DDD, so it is still much cheaper than Amazon.
