These aren't huge deals, but worthy of note since SACDs are rarely for sale anyways...
The Police: Live - the double-album set is priced at only
$14.99 at all of my local B&M Circuit City's. The regular price is $24.99, but it looks like they priced it the same as the rest of the catalog. It is a "double-album," which is on 2 redbook CDs, but they managed to fit it onto 1 SACD.
Dave Brubeck: Time Out - the Multi-Channel/Stereo version ("gold label") is being priced the same as the old Stereo only version ("silver label") for
$16.99 at B&M Best Buy's. It should be $19.99, but whether you like the multi-ch mix or not, why not have both at the same price?
Last but not least, some minor
online deals @ CircuitCity.com (which has free shipping):
- The Police's entire catalog is now $12.99
(except "Live" of course)
- Peter Gabriel's catalog is also now $12.99
(except UP for $13.99 - the only hybrid multi-channel one of the bunch, but the 5.1 mix is amazing!
