Pre-order Tiger Woods 2004 for $19.99?

Not sure if this is a mispriced item, but Best Buy.com has Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004 for the Nintendo Gamecube listed with a pre-order price of $19.99. Here's the direct link. There's no guarantee that BB will honour this price, but for the price, it's not a pricey risk (EB Games lists the same title for $49.99, with a shipping date of October 7).

A friend actually was just joking about how fast this title was going to drop to $19.99 on cube (as the xbox and ps2 2003 versions are still 49.99 retail while the cube version jumped to 19.99 very fast).
