Issues with my harmony remote setup

Ok here is my setup
Harmony 360 remote
Samsung DLP
Xbox 360 Elite using HDMI
Dish Network HD receiver using HDMI
Yamaha HTR-5890 a/v receiver
2 port HDMi switch that requires no button pushing, works automatically with one HDMI cable going to my tv's HDMI port

Whenever I switch from playing my 360 to watching tv with the activities button, everything switches over ok except for my tv. IT always stays on HDMI, but when I make that switch my screen flash a static pic on and off. The sound is coming from the DN receiver but that's it. I usually have to go over and manually reset the DN receiver. Any suggestions?

Re: Issues with my harmony remote setup

I don't know if I'm the only person that does this, but I turn everything off first, and then change sources. It takes 2-3 seconds extra time, but has only one set of commands working at a time. I do this hoping to stop any problems, before they happen, and so far, have had no problems. I don't use any game consoles though. (in other words, when finished with the 360, push the off button on the remote, and turn everything off. Then hit the "Watch TV" button, and see if it works right. If everything is setup right, it should ......
