PLEASE HELP, Panasonic E100HS error
Hello, Could someone please help me? I have a Panasonic E100HS. I have had it now for approx 3 years and bought it new and has played flawlessly...until now. I was dubbing from the HDD to a dvd-r and i left the house to run to kmart, when i returned, the message said there was an error. No big deal, I seen this error before and throw out the dvd-r and start anew...well not this time. The dvd player does not read ANY dvd-r's or DVD-RAM discs as it once did. I can play a regular purchased dvd and it plays fine. I read in the manual (in small print) that if i turn on and off the player 50 times without taking the dvd-r out of the tray, it says i will be unable to record dvd-r and dvd rams from then on...what gives.....is there a battery or something i can remove to reset? I have done just about everything but consult on here. Is there a code or combination to perform a system self check? Do i need to send this to Panasonic? PLEASE HELP - I WILL BE GRATEFUL.
