Best set up?

Hell All....

I've seen ads for digital optical switches but I have both optical and coaxial connections:

AV Receiver - coaxial

Cable Box - coaxial

LCD TV - optical

Sony DVD recorder - optical and coaxial

What would be my best setup in terms of feeding them all into my AV receiver?

From what I've seen, the difference is not noticeable.
Now that's just me.
