Budget DVD Player

What's the best budget($200 or under) DVD Player right now? I don't know much about them and what brands/features I need. I'd like something that I won't need to upgrade in the next few years if that's possible. Suggestions? Thanks.

My vote is for the newer Zenith DVB-318, but only if you plan to use the component video outs at 1080i.

For now I just have a regular panasonic 27" flatscreen tv. Within the year i should be upgrading to a big screen hdtv.
