DVP player needs: can one do all this
Currently I'm using a Pioneer Elite DV-37, but since I stepped up to a Hitachi 57", I do notice the players faults.
I am looking for a reasonably priced player that:
1) does not have the Chroma bug
2) have a layer change that is invisible or nearly so
3) that will output non-anamorphic mastered movies correctly when my tv is set to 19:9 standard (otherwise I haver to switch to 4:3 expanded and that has its problems)
1 and three are the highest priorities....
Does anyone know if this Unicorn exists!? ...or if an manufacturers are planning one...
