DVD-RAM Format Question

I have a few DVD-RAM discs for my PC and I re-formatted 2 of them to ISO format, not the Opto_UDF format. I would like to get these back to the original format thatcame with them, is there an easy way to do this?
Do the DVD recorders do this?

Advice would be appreciated,

If you put the discs in a Panasonic or other DVD-RAM Recorder it will format it as UDF if you select the option to format the disc.

The only way I could think to format it as UDF in a DVD-RAM drive in your PC would be to create a UDF disc in Nero and put some files on it, then delete the files to leave it blank but formatted as UDF. There doesn't appear to be a way to format a blank disc as UDF.
