Samsung HD931 questions

Just got one today and it even came with a DVI cable

On the display options menu it has a selection for DVI output A or B. What does this do. It says it corrects for biased TV screens to secure a normal view. I tried both and noticed no difference. just curious what a biased TV screen is.

Also, I noticed when checking some dvd's, ROUNDERS plays on my 16:9 Sony grand VEGA with the bars at the top and bottom. Why???

Finally, I'm assuming the DVI cable that was included should be quality. Anyone think differently? It was nice to save $100 on a monster cable, but I don't want to sacrifice picture quality.

Thanks for reading/helping me out
merry x-mas

Rounders is listed as 2.35:1 thus it would show small letterbox bars on a 16:9 (1.78:1) screen.
