portable dvd players

I'm looking for a good portable dvd player for my little brother. I'd like a progressive scan model, widescreen(at least 6-7 inches) and a/v imputs. Do you have any suggestions on some good ones? Thanks!

I love the picture on my Toshiba P2000 (8.9" screen) It's a huge improvement over the previous Pioneer LC-10 that I owned. The model has been discontinued, but the replacement P2500 is supposed to have a similar picture quality. It really is stunning.

The only complaint I have it that the player has no viewing mode for zooming non-anamorphic widescreen discs like my old Pioneer. It's not that big a deal -- I just do not take any non-anamorphic discs when we travel (still have over 60 in my collection).
