I'm back online (Or: Curing a virus)
I'm so glad to be back online.
Here's the situation: I was visiting MySpace on Saturday and looking at various friend requests. A lot of these requests are advertisements for free ringtones or porn. Anyway, I clicked on one listing to see if they were real or spam, and I ended up getting a virus on the computer. I downloaded an anti-virus program and also the spyware remover that they suggested, and it really fucked up my computer.
There was no way for me to get online unless I went to the library, and that wasn't really all that pleasant. From the time that the computer repairman picked up the computer on Sunday up until today, it was like I was back in the days of the mid-90s, before I went online.
Either way, it's good to be back online. I have a lot of stuff to catch up on, but I think that I'll be okay.
