Anybody receive their reimursements for paid firmware upgrades as covered by the Class Action Suit?

It's been over a year since I sent paperwork in...so where's my $75?

I've seem post on the 'net of folks who've received firmware discs and even new DVD players..but no one seems to have goten their money back for paid upgrades?!?!?!

Damn, I actually had to buy a new player back in the late 90's because the repair shop said it would cost more to do the firmware upgrade than the player was worth.

By the way, my Toshiba firmware issues had to do with the digital audio not being able to keep up with the decorder and the sound would go off at times.

I filed as part of a class against Thompson (RCA) for a defect in my TV. We forgot about the filing.
Almost 6 years to the day after filing, I got a check in the mail for $175.00

These thing take time.
