Does anyone here speak Japanese?

I'm trying to track down a company that makes these watches and I was wondering what the text at the bottom of the photo (link below) says. I believe it's Japanese. Can anyone read it?

Jeff,

The text is a little small to read easily. The text on the bottom appears to be a copyright/trademark notice for the logo and scrolling feature of the watches. I was able to make out the english words [METRO DELIGHT].

When I Googled ["metro delight" watches], I came up with a single result which linked to a website in the UK selling these watches.

It's just talking about the "logo scrolling" feature. I can't make out the Kanji, but the Kana are clear enough, and it doesn't say much.
