I heard this story yesterday on I, Max and it made me cringe. I guess you have to give him credit for keeping his word, but all that credit is wiped away given he was
1. Stupid enough to make the bet
2. He chopped off his testicles.
I want to remember this guy the next time governers from 2 states make a wager about an outcome of a major sporting event...lets raise the stakes!

a guy stupid enough to follow through on a bet like that probably shouldnt be using his testicles for very much anyway.

You know the old saying:
'A fool and his money testicles are soon parted.'
I guess he'll be able to hit those high notes now.

And I confidently predict that he'll also have a future of mental problems.

This guy must be single, because his wife didn't have them locked in a jar under the sink already.
