Where to buy framing mattes online?

I have a couple of X-Men lithos that I want to frame, but they're awkward sizes: 17x27 and 18x27. I was planning on buying a couple of inexpensive 20x28 frames and matting lithos. Problem is...I can't find any damn 20x28 mattes anywhere locally. I've checked all the arts and crafts shops, and the biggest precut ones I can find are 16x20. Anybody have any suggestions?

Get yourself a mat cutter and then buy some mat board. You can make mats any size you like. It not too expensive either. You don't need industrial quality, the hobby versions work fine.

That's not a bad idea. Where do I get the supplies?

Go here, I've got the team system II and it's saved me more than 10x its worth in framing costs

When you buy pre cut mats, you're paying for a hole. When you cut them yourself, the piece that is the whole can be a mat for a smaller picture, and so on.
