Ken Caminiti Dead At Age 41

Right on top of the shocking news about Christopher Reeve comes this:

In a nutshell, Ken Caminiti, 1996 NL MVP, died of a heart attack Sunday.

Caminiti struggled for many years with drug problems.

Just a sad, sad end to a story which began with such promise.

I'd be surprised if his death wasn't somehow drug related.
