One Movie, One Meal, One Beverage
Inspired by another thread...
What's your idea of a great movie/meal/beverage combo? One of my choices would be something along the lines of The Magnificent Seven, a nice bowl of avgolemono soup with pita slices and saganaki, and a frosty Old Speckled Hen. Or, a spin of In the Mood For Love, a bowl of gnocchi with pesto, and a glass (or two) of Amarone.
Have at it...

I love that In the Mood for Love combo. I’ve never tried an amarone with pesto and gnocchi, but it seems to be a perfect match.
Here are two more:
The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, chicken fried steak and Shiner bock beer
The Age of Innocence, Tornados Rossini (thick, fillet mignon topped with fois gras, a truffle slice, Périgueux sauce) and a 20 year old bottle of Hill of Grace (an Australian shiraz).
You did not think I’d stay away from a food & drink thread?

Tonight we're having my wife's superb fried rice and dumplings, a nice pinot noir (life is short, drink the pinot first!) and another showing of Winged Migration on the big screen.

se7en, as much pasta with marinara as you can eat, and to drink a swift kick in the gut.
Seriously, I don't group movies and food/drink in my mind. If I'm eating what I like and watching what I like it doesn't matter if it matches or not.
