It's a pie tin with a mini-tart tin stuck on the top, scotch tape, and what appear to be a few mangled jujubes and a DOTS candy stuck to the roof.
It may not fly but it probably tasted good.
For beauty is only a step removed from a burning terror we barely sustain, and we worship it for the graceful sublimity with which it disdains to consume us. - Rainer Maria Rilke
George Noory actually isn't as bad as Art Bell. Art really likes to "ham" it up with the sensationalism and dramatism. It is entertaining though. It was Art that interviewed the guy that sent in the picture. Of course nobody asked why someone didn't get in the car and go see it if it really existed. HAHAHA I guess that would have ruined the story and the entertainment.
The tire tracks are probably from a snake that just slithered by and the "trees" are probably those little shrubs that grow in the desert and are only a few inches high.

Exactly. To me all that picture is is a demonstration of forced perspective.
Nah... I still say someone went out into the desert and built themselves a flying saucer. The shrubs definitely don't look like miniature shrubs and there are parallel tracks. I haven't yet seen a snake leave double tracks .
