black wool coats?

I'm in need of a winter coat that is more stylish than my humungous red ski jacket. I've decided I'm going to get a parka length black wool coat that isn't too formal looking (I don't want lapels). I perused Macy's and Filene's this weekend while I was downtown, and did find one I liked at Filene's. It contains some cashmere so it's pricey, but I did like it.

Anyway, just wondering where people who might own such a coat picked it up, beyond the normal department stores.

Try J. Crew, they have some nice Wool coats. Search around the outwear sections and you will probably find something you like.
