Pest Control ?

Anyone know if those companies that spray for ants, nats, etc, are any effective, like the Orchin man who has that commercial with a CGI ant crawling on the screen?

Every summer we have an any problem, and I'm really hoping I didn't swallow one with my soda earlier after spotting one on my desk. And as mentioned in a previous post, gnats are all over the lawn.

One of the reason why I love living down the shore more. Not a single gnat or ant around. Just the occasional spider..
