The woman who had lived in town the longest has just died, so my grandmother has been put in her spot. My grandmother has lived here in my town for 77 years, moving here in 1926 when she was 8 in the same house I live in now. Back when she moved here there were still trolleys on the road and my house was the last on the street. My house is now in the middle area of the street.
